We would like to inform you that starting November 19, 2025, the system will no longer be able to terminate outbound calls to Italy if the Caller ID (CLI) is an Italian mobile number, due to new regulations set forth by AGCOM.
To help you stay compliant and avoid any service disruptions, we recommend using an Italian geographical number as your CLI. These numbers are available through Denali and can be used for outbound calls to Italy without restriction.
